Marcy Rustad, BS, MBA, Principal
Marcy
founded OMP Research in 1994. She has over twenty-five years of
professional marketing and research experience and has served in corporate
management positions in the areas of market strategy, customer service, product
development, product management, distribution channel management, and
sales.
Marcy has been highly involved in K-12 education for over 13
years and also serves on the Board of Education for the Carmel Unified School
District.

Rhonda Hughes, BS, MBA, Principal
Rhonda joined OMP in 1995. She has over twenty-five years
of experience in marketing, business management, and research for business and
educational organizations. She has held positions in strategic market
planning, project management, new product development, market research, and
regulatory planning in Fortune 500 companies, and academic and start-up
organizations.
Rhonda has provided advocacy and consulting to private and
special education organizations for over 15 years.
